Implante de SICD realizado no dia 14/04/23 no Hospital Santa Casa de Porto Alegre.
Paciente apresentou extrusão de sistema endovenoso por desenvolver uma alergia ao fio de sutura.

Com a necessidade de manter a proteção contra taquiarritmias foi indicado um SICD, normalmente utilizados em pacientes com indicação de CDI com dificuldade de acesso venoso, comorbidades que aumentam risco de infecção, pacientes jovens. O produto apresenta menos complicações no longo prazo.
